Initial round of bugfixes and OPML support

The first alpha testers are already sending their feeds and they triggered a few bugs in the email and feed parser.
Due to the fixes the system is much more robust and shouldn't crash when there is a rogue feed. There is also a timeout which should help when querying flaky web servers.
I also implemented a very primitive OPML support so you should be able to send an attached XML file with a list of feeds to subscribe to.
There is now a status page which displays the system status.
